North Carolina part 2

North Carolina

At the end of July, the kids & I packed up and headed south to visit my younger brother in North Carolina. I thought that I was very brave to travel that far with a 2-1/2 year old, a not-quite 2 month old, and no other adults to help me! :) Roman slept most of the way down with one pit stop for a feeding. I worked hard to keep Brynley entertained with new books, toys, and special snacks. She did well except for the aforementioned pit stop when she did not want to get back in the car after a potty break.

New Kicks

Who needs pants when you have new "kicks". Brynley loved her new Nikes that I got her and wore them around the house the entire day.

Sleeping Roman

I've got toys...in strange places

Half-cow on my kitchen cabinets. Rob kept putting this magnet back on the fridge only to repeatedly find it back on the kitchen cabinet again.
