Rob's birthday

January 15th was Rob's birthday. Brynley was so excited about it that she helped me grocery shop and bake a birthday cake for Daddy! After a steak dinner, we lit one single candle on the cake and sang Happy Birthday to Rob. Then Brynley insisted that we light the candle again and sing Happy Birthday to her. ("my turn, my turn!") We also had to sing to her a week later at Tyler's birthday party...haha.






Needless to say, Brynley is very excited about her upcoming birthday and party! When we hung up our new calendar at the beginning of the year, we pointed out Rob's birthday in January. Then Brynley wanted to know where the birthdays were for herself, Mommy, Roman, Nana, Pawpaw, etc. Over the next few weeks, she kept asking Rob where her birthday was and he would flip the calendar to February to show her. On February 1st, when I flipped the calendar for good, Bryn started cheering and saying, "It my birthday!! It my birthday!!"
