"Summertime"

Ok...so it isn't quite summertime yet, but this past weekend sure did feel like it! I believe that Virginia now only has two seasons: summer and winter. Too bad fall & spring are my favorites!

Since it was a gorgeous day on Saturday, we invited the Franklin family over for an impromptu cookout. Unfortunately Jack was sick so he stayed home and Melinda brought Kirsten and Tyler. The kids had a blast in the baby pool and then we enjoyed burgers and hot dogs on the grill.
